The New Bedford Bar Association is an organization comprised of attorneys who live or practice law in the greater New Bedford, Massachusetts area and who are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the legal practice in the community through mentorship, continuing education programs, and professional support. The NBBA also advocates on issues relevant to the legal community.

The New Bedford Bar Association was incorporated in 1894 but is believed to have been organized several years before its incorporation. Since its founding, it has counted among its members some of the best respected attorneys and judges in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
